Our UV Printed BioThane® can be wiped clean with a damp cloth. Pat dry. If heavily soiled, run it under the tap and use your fingertips to gently remove any dirt. Take care not to abrasively scratch the product.

Do not apply any harsh chemicals, bleach, vinegar, hydrogen peroxide, adhesive, acetone, bug spray, or alcohol to the products.

Additionally, do not machine wash the products as they may scratch and/or damage your machine/product.

The prints are scratch-resistant but not indestructible. Care should be taken to protect the longevity of the printed designs. Please follow the care tips provided. 

Yes, just like BioThane. The prints are also waterproof and wipe-clean. 

Yes. We offer discounts on 100 FT of the same design/size and that is available on each product page.

No, BioThane products are designed to be stink-proof. Even if the material gets wet, it will not emit any unpleasant odors.

We ship the most economical way, usually by UPS, Canada Post, Purolator, DHL, or Canpar/Loomis. We use UPS or FedEx for overseas. Please specify if another method is preferred.

International shipments will be subject to your country's customs fees. We do not hold responsibility for any such fees incurred. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.

All of our shipped orders are tracked. An email will be sent to you with the tracking number once the shipment takes place.

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the products you have received, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. All products must be returned in their original condition and are eligible for store credit only, excluding any shipping costs. Kindly note that we do not issue refunds.

Please be advised that returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee in addition to shipping costs. Prior authorization from our staff is required before any return can be processed.

Custom orders, sale items and special order items are non-returnable.
